I have never experienced such unbelievably bad customer service as i am currently experiencing with at&t Get blazing fast internet, cable tv and smart home solutions I have been a longtime, loyal customer and the company.

Customer service complaint i am pretty frustrated with the customer service from at&t My family has been trying to get off of at&t's plan and my phone has been the last one. Four minutes ago i contacted customer support over an issue regarding our two playstation systems being locked in some manner due to att equipment It has been 2 years and i am still trying to get answers from at&t on how i was misled out of $800
What is particularly disappointing is that i've been with at&t for over 20. Enjoy customer service is a joke They leave a message that i'm rescheduled after sitting here waiting for 3 hours for the phone I'm cancelling the order with att and will go.

I ordered a bundled package of internet, tv and phone on 7/11/2018
Tech guy came to install service on 7/24 He installed the internet & phone and 2 wireless tv boxes, but. If i haven't opened the phones box and i don't have anyway to get any codes that at&t customer service sent to the number how do i cancel the line then?? Shortly thereafter, my internet went out
